WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU COME
THE BOTTLE FEEDING EXPERIECE IS FOR PEOPLE AGES 5 AND OLDER UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY A TICKETED ADULT IN A BOTTLE-FEEDING SESSION-FOR-TWO BOOKING.
CLOSED-TOE SHOES ARE REQUIRED AND BOOTS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! NO PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS OR PHOTOGRAPHY/VLOGGING EQUIPMENT (DSLR-type cameras) WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES AT THESE EVENTS.
PHONE PHOTOGRAPHY IS PERMITTED AND ENCOURAGED!
IF YOU WOULD LIKE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS, A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY MINI-SESSION ADD-ON IS AVAILABLE BY OUR PHOTOGRAPHER ON-SITE. LET US DOCUMENT YOUR ENTIRE ENCOUNTER WITH THE CALF!
THE MINI SESSION ADD-ON INCLUDES 10 FULLY-RETOUCHED DIGITAL IMAGES OF YOUR CHOICE, for $200 WITH THE OPTION TO PURCHASE MORE.
ONE PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION ADD-ON PER GUEST IS REQUIRED, EVEN WITH THE TWO-PERSON BOTTLE-FEEDING OPTION, UNLESS ONE PARTICIPANT IS UNDER 5 YEARS AND NEEDS ADULT ASSISTANCE. PLEASE INDICATE YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD-ON A PHOTO SESSION BY REGISTERING FOR A FREE TICKET ON OUR EVENTS PAGE SEPEARTE FROM THE BOTTLE FEEDING TICKET. THE PHOTOGRAPHER WILL THEN CONTACT YOU WITH NEXT STEPS FOR BOOKING AND COLLECTING PAYMENT FOR THAT PORTION.
Once booked, your bottle-feeding experience will move forward regardless of weather UNLESS there is lightning in the immediate area. Lightning is the only reason we will issue a refund and/or postpone feeding the calf. Please make sure you are willing to brave any elements (rain, wind, cooler temps) and have appropriate attire to be comfortable while feeding and spending time with the calf - no matter the forecast! The immediate area will be covered where the calf will be fed in the event of a rainy feeding time.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR ANY OTHER REASON THAN LIGHTNING IN THE AREA - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CAN ATTEND THE EXPERIENCE PRIOR TO PURCHASING TICKETS.
A WAIVER WILL NEED TO BE FILLED OUT UPON ARRIVAL FOR EACH GUEST ON THE PROPERTY AND PRIOR TO ANY INTERACTION WITH THE CALF.
WE HAVE A STRICT NO PETS POLICY HERE ON THE RANCH. PLEASE LEAVE PETS AT HOME FOR YOURS AND OUR ANIMALS' SAFETY. THERE IS NO WAY FOR US TO PREDICT HOW OUR ANIMALS WOULD REACT AROUND CERTAIN PETS AND VICE VERSA. WE WOULD HATE FOR SOMEONE TO GET HURT BECAUSE A COW GOT NERVOUS!
